    Christiane Crawford

    President and CEO

    As President and CEO, Ms. Crawford is responsible for the achievement of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives through the development of people, product, services, processes and infrastructure. 
     
    Ms. Crawford joined Schoolwires as the Chief Operating Officer in 2006 with over 30 years of experience in education and education technology. In her previous role as COO at Schoolwires, Ms. Crawford recruited and led a senior management team that has successfully developed and executed plans to achieve the Company’s strategic goals. The Company’s focus on strategy and execution ultimately led to its recognition as one of the fastest growing private companies in education by Inc. 500 for the past five years. In addition to her focus on execution in operations, Ms. Crawford also supported the Company’s efforts to secure expansion capital in late 2008. 


     
    Prior to joining Schoolwires, Ms. Crawford held senior management and executive level positions at Sungard Higher Education (formerly SCT) in a variety of key operational units including Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Business Development/Strategic Alliances, and Professional Services (specifically Human Resource Systems Consulting). She has also actively participated in all phases of Sungard Higher Education’s M&A activities. In her last executive role with Sungard, Ms. Crawford led efforts in launching new products and partnerships that contributed more than 30% of Sungard’s revenue. 
     
    Ms. Crawford graduated with honors from Central Michigan University where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.

    Don Eisele

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Eisele brings over 30 years of financial management to Schoolwires. Most recently, Don served as the VP of Finance for SCT Global Education Solutions where he managed the finance, accounting, HR, and administrative functions, helping to grow the education and software business unit both organically and through acquisitions from $75MM in 1996 to $269MM in 2003.

    Jason Coudriet

    Vice President of Product Design & Innovation

    Mr. Coudriet has over 13 years of experience with web design, web development and software engineering. Jason has designed and developed Internet/Intranet/Extranet projects for major corporations such as International Paper, The American Philatelic Society, Kobold Industries, Clear Channel Communications, American Bankers Association, and The Pennsylvania State University. Jason also designed and managed one of the U.S. Air Force's first Intranets.

    Melissa Kalinowski

    Vice President of Marketing

    Ms. Kalinowski brings to Schoolwires over 15 years of experience in all aspects of Marketing in the education technology market. Her experience includes brand development, website content strategy and management, marketing automation and website analytics, marketing communications and promotions, strategic planning, market research, product strategy and product management and lead life cycle management.
     
    Prior to joining Schoolwires, Melissa was the Vice President of Marketing at Carnegie Learning in Pittsburgh where she managed the company’s brands and improved lead generation programs with content marketing, social media, and marketing automation strategies. During her tenure at Carnegie Learning, the company experienced 20-30% growth in sales annually. Prior to working for Carnegie Learning, Melissa was the Marketing Director for PLATO Learning where, in addition to her marketing role, she managed the elementary, secondary, and post-secondary market channels. Melissa was also instrumental in managing the PLATO brand as the company acquired seven companies to expand its reach in the elementary school instructional materials market, the formative assessment market, and the instructional management systems market. Her accomplishments garnered recognition in the education industry and, as a result, the company received several awards. During her tenure with PLATO Learning, the company grew from $70M to over $120M in revenues.
     
    Melissa received a Master of Fine Arts degree from Hamline University in St. Paul and a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University.

    Dr. Lin Zhou

    Vice President, Platform Delivery & Asian Operations

    Dr. Lin Zhou joined Schoolwires in June 2008, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in software development, international team management, strategic planning and business analysis. Prior to joining Schoolwires, Dr. Zhou has served in various VP of Development/CTO roles and as Chief Cryptographer and Director of IT for EnsuredMail Corporation. Dr. Zhou recently graduated from the Wharton School of Business with a Master of Technology Management after receiving his Ph.D. and Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.

    Cindy Yates

    Vice President of Sales

    Ms. Yates comes to Schoolwires with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and business development in the educational technology, e-learning and publishing markets. Cindy has an impressive track record of solution selling, cultivating and mentoring a worldwide sales force and adapting sales strategies in response to changes in the education market.  She has successfully developed and led efforts to drive market share; exceed sales, revenue and profitability goals; and expand business through the development of relevant and reputable partnerships.
     
    Prior to joining Schoolwires, Cindy was employed at Kaltura, Inc., a media management software company providing innovative solutions to education markets. In her role as Worldwide Managing Director of the Education division, Cindy managed the sales force and led all major global partner and reseller engagements, achieving a 75% increase in new accounts and adding more than 3million new users. Cindy has also served as an executive team member at other innovation education technology companies, including eInstruction, Pearson, and Thomson Learning, where she developed a broad understanding of how emerging technologies can translate into results for education entities, educators, and students.
     
    Cindy has a B.S degree in Business with a minor in Economics from University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and holds Executive Leadership credentials from Georgetown University. She is also an active member of the Northern Virginia/D.C. chapter of Women in Technology.

    Judith Luzeski

    Vice President of Client Services

    Ms. Luzeski is an innovative, results-orient business leader with more than 25 years of experience in bringing new technology products and services to market. She joined Schoolwires in 2009 as Senior Director of our Program Management Office. In that role, she led a cross-functional team of executives and senior managers in the planning, rollout, migration and adoption of our flagship product, Centricity2™, and managed the successful rollout and incubation of Schoolwires Nimbus™, our safe, social learning platform. Judy has diverse technology experience in education, commercial, government, telecommunications, and financial industries both domestically and internationally. In addition to her expertise in Program Management, Judy has held a number of technology leadership roles and has been responsible for services strategy, services development and delivery, technology consulting, client relationship management, professional services and organizational/employee development. Prior to joining Schoolwires, Judy worked at Sungard Higher Education, CoreTech Consulting Group, and Unisys Corporation.

    Judy holds a Masters in Computer Science from Villanova University. She is also certified in PMI Professional Project Management and Scrum Management.

    Dr. Peggi Munkittrick

    Sr. Director of Product Strategy

    Dr. Munkittrick has 24 years of experience in K-12 and higher education specializing in curriculum development, performance assessment, instructional support, classroom management, and the use of educational technology to support teaching and learning. Peggi also has 8 years of successful management experience in identifying and launching academic technology solutions for two previous software companies. Peggi holds 4 degrees in Education (B.S., M.Ed., M.S., Ed.D.).

    Steve Kipp

    Senior Director of Human Resources

    Mr. Kipp brings over 20 years of HR experience to Schoolwires. He also brings a strong vision for creating a services-oriented HR organization and great enthusiasm for creating new programs to enhance the company culture. He has experience in a number of HR leadership roles. His past leadership positions include: Senior HR Business Partner for the Life Sciences Business Unit of First Consulting Group, a software and IT consulting firm; Director of US Human Resources for Teleglobe International, a telecommunications firm; and Vice President of HR for Cadient Group, an e-marketing firm serving the pharmaceutical industry. Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance from Penn State.
